ManMandir Trust is a nonprofit organization working for social welfare and public benefit. All donations received through our website are used for charitable, developmental and humanitarian purposes. We value the trust of every donor and believe in maintaining full transparency.

Cancellation of Donation

Donations once made cannot normally be cancelled.

However, if a donor has made a donation by mistake (duplicate transaction, incorrect amount, technical error, etc.), a cancellation request may be raised within 24 hours of the transaction.

To request cancellation, donors must contact us through email with payment proof and transaction details.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only in cases of genuine errors such as:

Duplicate donation

Wrong amount entered

Payment made due to technical issue or system error

No refund will be provided if the donated amount has already been allocated or utilized for charitable purposes.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

Please mention your Full Name, Donation Amount, Date of Transaction, and Transaction ID.

Tax Exemption

If the donor has received a tax exemption certificate (80G/CSR etc.), the donation will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Note

ManMandir Trust reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests depending on donation purpose, status of fund utilization, and valid supporting documents.
